Step one: Life Activation
The first step on this path to Know Thyself, the Life Activation session aligns your energy centers to bring you into greater balance. As a result, your divine blueprint is awakened, strengthening your connection to your higher self.

Step Two: Spirit Activation
The Full Spirit Activation takes the work we did in the Life Activation one step further by enhancing your connection to your soul. This session heightens your soul’s awareness of your physical experiences, giving you a greater capacity to appreciate the beauty of life.
Distance Healing
I also offer distance healing options for those who are unable to meet in person or outside of the Boston area. Once of the sessions I offer, called Spark of Life, is done remotely.
Meditation
